Strengthening Interregional Ties: Uzbekistan Delegation Explores Cooperation with Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship

The delegation from the Embassy visited the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship and held meetings with the leadership of the voivodeship, the cities of Bydgoszcz and Toruń, as well as with local entrepreneurs and representatives of the industrial sector.

Discussions focused on establishing interregional cooperation with the Jizzakh region and developing sister-city relations between Jizzakh and the cities of Bydgoszcz and Toruń.

During meetings with investors, organized the presentation on the ongoing reforms in New Uzbekistan and the country’s favorable business and investment environment. Joint projects were also discussed with companies such as Atos Poland and LES Higiena. Uzbekistan will participate as an honorary guest at the 12th International Asian Congress, to be held in the city of Toruń from May 21 to 23.
