Important! Dear applicants!
-
Due to the large number of inquiries to the Consular Section of the Embassy, when a caller contacts by phone and the consular officer is busy (with another visitor or on a call), the system does not signal a "busy" tone but continues to ring while displaying the call on the screen, allowing the officer to see another incoming call. In this case, if your call is not answered, it does not mean there is no staff at the consular section, but rather that the officer is assisting another applicant or on another call. Therefore, if it seems that you cannot reach us, please try calling again after some time.
-
When sending an inquiry via email, you are kindly requested to provide complete identification information (full name, passport details, addresses in Uzbekistan and your country of residence, and a contact phone number). Otherwise, your inquiry may be considered spam (virus). Additionally, citizens of Uzbekistan and stateless persons are required to send inquiries strictly in Uzbek or English.
-
Please also note that if documents are sent by post, the Embassy does not take responsibility for their delivery and does not reimburse any related costs.
